Opis stanowiska
Rekrutacja oraz wstępna selekcja kandydatów w branży motoryzacyjnej, budowlanej etc.,
Ogólne sprawy biurowe oraz administracyjne,
Obsługa poczty przychodzącej i wychodzącej , organizowanie podróży dla kandydatów (bilety lotnicze, autokarowe itp.),
Kontakt telefoniczny i mailowy z kandydatami i klientami oraz kierownictwem firmy w Danii, Szwecji, Anglii oraz w Niemczech.
Wymagania
Bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego w mowie i piśmie,
Mile widziana znajomość języka niemieckiego,
Min. roczne doświadczenie w rekrutacji i selekcji lub podobne,
Odporność na stres,
Znajomość zasad korespondencji biurowej oraz spraw administracyjnych,
Dobra znajomość systemu Windows i pakietu Office,
Gotowość do odbywania podróży służbowych.
