One such location is Poznań, established in 2011, with over 700 employees, providing services in the fields of Assistant Support, Finance, Human Resources and Business Presentations to McKinsey colleagues in the EMEA region.

What will you do?
  • Maintain a welcoming and professional reception in Polish and English
  • Help with preparation prior to meetings
  • Maintain vendor relations
  • Manage related logistics (book hotels, taxis, etc.)
  • Monitor stock and manage orders as necessary
  • Manage conference room bookings
  • Prepare reports and manage office communication

 

What is required from you?
  • Fluent English (C1 level)
  • Good MS Office knowledge
  • Solid communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage various tasks against agreed timelines
