Onboarding Specialist for Italy [rekrutacja online]
Location: Warszawa
Job description
- Leading onboarding communication with our Partners
- Providing recommendation for Partners on best integration approach
- Validation on data input delivered by our Partners
- Supervising and executing the flow of Product records from our Partner to online; to reach our KPI's and SLA's
- Providing training and guidance for Partners on our systems
- Creating various materials facilitating the onboarding process
- Suggesting and implementing process improvements
Requirements
- Excellent (native or fluent) Italian skills verbally and in writing
- Very good knowledge of English (B2/C1 preferred)
- Quick learner (and not scared of slightly more technical assignments)
- Great communication skills
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Goal-orientation
- Being service minded and helpful
