Currently we are looking for the candidate for the position of:
Operation Associate SAP Support
Location: Lodz, Poland
Key responsibilities:
- Resolve SAP incidents, problems and other assignments according to the processes and policies defined
- Build structural solutions, Workarounds and WI's
- Drive and solve problems proactively
- Cooperate with the users and SAP Competence Centers to provide required speed and quality of solutions
- Actively contribute to process and service definition as well as new solutions/services implementation
- Participate and manage projects
- Build and drive knowledge management and training process
Requirements:
- Min 1 year of experience with SAP
- Very good team player
- Very good communication skills
- Drive for knowledge and learning
- Problem solving skills and drive for ideas
- Accounting background will be an asset.
- Fluent English, second language will be an added value
- Runbook knowledge will be a plus
