Operational Buyer with German

Tasks:
- Executing independently standard and complex processes from the area of team responsibility
- Handling independently calls and e-mails in a timely and professional manner
- Handling escalations (conducts error analyses and provides comprehensive solution to the end customer upon approval of supervisor)
- Supporting Team Leader and Senior employees in operational tasks (calls, statistics, reports, workshops etc.)
- Maintaining very good level of service provided to the customer and takes responsibility for building positive image of LGBS towards customers
- Willingly taking new knowledge
- Searching independently for information to reduce knowledge gaps and proposing own solutions to the existing problems
- Developing and updating internal procedures; acting as Subject Matter
- Providing training for New Hires
- Supporting less experienced team members in daily operational work, sharing information and working in a collaborative manner
- Communicating observed risks before problems occur
- Addressing problematic issues to the right people/departments
- All other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors
Requirements:
- Command of English (written and spoken, min. B2) – level according to service requirements
- Command of German (written and spoken, min. B2) – level according to service requirements
- Master/Bachelor degree or at least accomplished 3rd year of studies in any disciplines
- At least 1 year of professional experience in Procurement area
- Good command of MS office and Windows applications
- Good command of Procurement related tools
