Opiekun Techniczny Klienta Biznesowego
Miejsce pracy: Gdynia
Główne zadania:
Kompleksowa obsługa klienta za pośrednictwem dostępnych form kontaktu: telefonu (1 linia wsparcia) oraz e-mail.
Budowanie i utrzymywanie relacji z klientem.
Przyjmowanie zgłoszeń usterek, awarii i reklamacji.
Aktywacja i modyfikacja usług klientów.
Wymagania:
Mile widziane doświadczenie w pracy z klientem biznesowym.
Znajomość działania sieci WAN-LAN, konfigurowanie i diagnozowanie różnego rodzaju sprzętu sieciowego, doświadczenie w pracy z IP – warunek konieczny.
Swobodne wypowiadanie się w języku polskim, swoboda poruszania się i korzystania z Internetu, komputera – aplikacje biurowe – warunek konieczny.
Otwartość i swoboda komunikacji.
Mile widziana znajomość działania technologii VoIP.
