Order Management Representative with Languages
Location: Warszawa
IF YOU:
- Speak one of the major European languages (E.G. FRENCH, GERMAN, ITALIAN, CZECH, DUTCH, DANISH, NORWEGIAN, FINNISH OR SWEDISH) apart from advanced ENGLISH?
- Would like to learn and improve your knowledge of SAP?
- Would like to work in a dynamic team of over 250 full-time employees who come from different countries and cultures, and speak over 10 languages?
- Would like to be supported through training programs and merit-based internal promotions?

Tasks:
- Order entry and processing
- Processing product returns
- Resolving price discrepancies and issuing credit notes
- Returns management
Requirements:
- Fluency in at least 2 European languages listed above
- Prior experience in customer service
- Computer literacy: MSExcel, MSOutlook, MSWord. SAP knowledge will be an asset
