Job Description
- Creating all customer orders within SAP (ensuring accurate processing)
- Verifying completeness of essential data (in foreign language)
- Gathering missing information if required
- Making sure that all orders are well processed
- Applying judgement on purchase orders
- Ensuring fulfilment of licenses to customers and providing Clients with them
- Maintaining all customers' data within the SAP
- Creating and generating invoices
- Resolving order queries or problems issued by Clients
- Working along side sales teams
- Providing support to ad hoc company initiatives
- Performing additional administrative tasks
- Fluent knowledge of French/Spanish/Italian
- Very good knowledge of English
- Higher education
- Experience involving attention to detail and customer service
- Computer skills
- Knowledge of SAP
- Strong analytical skills
- Attention to details
- Ability to work with and be a part of an international team
