On behalf of our Client, the production company, which has recently set up a new Shared Service Centre in Łódź, we are urgently seeking Order Processing Analyst/ Supervisor to a new process being established in SSC.
The job opportunity is addressed to Candidates who have previous experience in accounting/ finance/ order processing. The main responsibilities of a future Order Processing Clerk will include: entering and managing sales orders from customers in SAP system, performing a review of orders from the perspective of quantity and value correctness, regular reporting of business and process metrics and providing ongoing support towards customer needs. Order Processing Analyst will also supervise the process execution by the rest of the team and Support Team Leader in managing the order entry process.
Ideal Candidate should demonstrate fluent English (min. B2) and previous experience in Finance/ Accounting/ Economy or related field. French will be an asset (even at elementary level). Experience with SAP system and MS Office Applications will also be valued honorably. We are looking for professionals willing to develop within multinational organization who present very good numerical and analytical skills, and ability to execute tasks with minimal supervision.
