Job Description
- Processing customer orders in SAP
- Ensure accurate order entry
- Verification of data
- Creating invoices
- Resolve order queries or issues
- Ensuring fulfilment of licenses to customer
- Maintain all customer licensing profiles within the SAP
- Work alongside sales teams
- Provide support to ad hoc company initiatives
- Fluent knowledge of German and English
- Higher education
- Experience involving attention to detail and customer service
- Computer skills (knowledge of SAP is an asset)
- Strong analytical skills
- Attention to details
- Abilityto work with and be a part of an international team
- Replacement contract of employment (at least 1 year) with possibility to be expanded
