Payroll Analyst with Italian

For our Client, internationally recognized IT company, we are currently looking for Candidates to join HR department- new SSC in Cracow is opened.

While working at this role In this role you will be working very closely with the Payroll Manager to ensure the timely and accurate payroll processing of a high volume weekly payroll. This will include entering new hires, termination payments, interpreting awards and EBA's, processing payroll and responding to queries in a reasonable time frame. You will also be required to provide support to the Finance and HR teams by producing weekly payroll, workforce, and compliance reports as needed. Although the role requires an excellent analytical skills and at least 2 years experience at similar role, some part of your duties would be closer to soft HR department. You will be supporting Italian market (Italian at C1 level is a must), English at communicative level is also required.

To be successful in this fast-paced role, it is essential that you have previously worked in a high volume environment (upwards of 2000) ideally processing pay on a weekly or fortnightly basis. To produce quality reports for management you must also have strong Excel skills (vlookups and pivot tables) and thoroughly enjoy building relationships with key stakeholders.
