We're currently looking for a
Payroll Assistant
Workplace: Warszawa or remote
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Benefit management (issuing certificates, consents and settlements);
- Contact with prospective employees;
- Preparation of employment-related documentation;
- Conducting the process of digital document archiving;
- Coordinating the process of document signing
REQUIREMENTS:
- Very good command of English;
- Knowledge of MS Office (in particular: Word, Excel);
- Analytical skills, accuracy and keeping deadlines;
- Self-reliance and commitment;
- Positive attitude, optimism, patience and good communication skills.
