Description
- Design, preparation, prioritization and execution of end to end Payroll test cases (scenarios building, incidents follow up)
- Monitoring of test cases advancement
- Functional support to the development team
- Documentation elaboration
- Performing diagnosis and resolution of complex issues
- Making recommendations and provide solutions that meet user expectations
- Primary contact with legal advisors to interpret compliance, regulatory and audit requirements
- Legal watch, and analysis of potential impacts
Profile
- In-depth understanding of HR with a special focus on Payroll functions and processes in Slovakia
- Higher educational degree
- Cross-functional project management experience
- Fluent in English (speaking and writing
- Understanding of business requirements
- Experience in test cases design and execution is a plus
