Requirements:
- Experience in Payroll gained in international company
- Experience in Payroll computer systems
- Good practical knowledge of Labor Law
- Good practical knowledge of tax regulations, ZUS, PFRON and PPK
- Initiative to investigate and solve problems
- Fluent in English
- Strong motivation and ability to work with numbers
- Willingness to learn and take new responsibilities
- Good skills in MS Office, especially MS Excel
- Diplomacy and understanding of cultural differences
Responsibilities:
- Collect and prepare data for Payroll (ultimately for around 120 headcounts), including: data from Time Register System, statements delivered by employees, reimbursements, deductions
- Run Payroll list in cooperation with external Payroll provider
- Correct and timely calculations and executions of Social Security contribution, Taxes and other, eg. PPK
- Preparation of correct data for accounting department
- Preparation of monthly reports and ad hoc needed by the management
- Preparation of monthly declarations for ZUS, GUS, US, PFRON
- Dealing with personal files
- Preparation of documents, contracts and statement requested by employees
