Your new company
An international, prestigious Shared Service Center based in Poznan is looking for an experienced Candidate for the Payroll Manager position.

Your new role
You will be responsible for build Payroll strategy for Europe and manage payroll teams. Also responsibilities include improvements in payroll processes, contact with business units and vendors, implements, building development programme, control of the costs and making reports.

What you'll need to succeed
Is minimum 5 years of job experience in payroll and in managing people (an experience in manage remote team will be an advantage). Moreover you should have project management experience and fluent knowledge of English. Ideal candidate will have minimum Bachelor's Degree and an experience in driving LEAN projects. Furthermore leaderships and communication skills are required.
