Payroll Specialist

Currently we are looking for Candidates interested in the position of Specialist. Our Client is the international company, the leader in its sector. This position is located in Cracow.


On the position of Payroll Specialist you will delivering the highest quality of service in payroll operations by executing all activities in compliance with existing procedures and internal requirements. The purpose of the role is to ensuring the timeliness of payroll processing (sending inputs to payroll services providers, approving payrolls and requesting uploads and payments’ releases). The role will be also supporting the development of Category-based sourcing processes for assessing and fulfilling current and future sourcing needs.


Ideal candidate have previous experience in n payroll or finance operations (at least 6 months). A minimum of a Bachelor's degree and good knowledge is required. Excellent oral and written communication skills including the ability to communicate across all management and organizational levels as well as ability to deliver results and think strategically are required. Fluency in English both written and spoken is a must.
