Currently we are looking for:
People and Talent Advisor/ HR specialist
Location: Warsaw
- Belonging to the People & Talent Organization, you are accountable for delivering consistent, high quality and efficient services to Employees, Managers, in Poland for the Global Business Service organization.
- As part of this scope, the incumbent will be responsible for providing HR generalist support.
- This includes especially supporting local recruitment, answering managers and employees queries, payroll preparation, the end to end employee life cycle: from On-boarding to Offboarding
Key Responsibilities
- Is responsible in providing resolution to Employee and Manager inquires as well as transactional and operational support
- Management of employee documentation related to job contracts
- Coordination of payroll process in cooperation with the external company
- Coordination of additional benefits (medical insurance, life insurance, sports cards and the others)
- Administration over the Company Social Security Found
- Additional areas of functional expertise may include Onboarding, Employee Data Mgmt., Employment Letters, local recruitment and job advertisement, Off-Cycle Change Requests & all seasonal activities of HR Program Support and Employee Separation (Voluntary or Redundancy)
- Ensures the update of the relevant HR System (SAP SuccessFactors (HRO)) with the support of the Shared services center team to ensure consistent, accurate and timely data entry
- Ensures compliance with requirements established by company procedures, local government regulations and audit requirements
- Develop a good rapport with the internal stakeholders and employees to effectively implement on people engagement practices and HR policies
- Document all the HR transactional processes and payroll activities
- Utilize exit survey data to provide feedback to managers and maintain on-going records for analysis and implementing enhancements as possible
Eligibility Criteria
- At least three years of working experience in similar positions
- Very good knowledge of labour regulations, payroll and social security requirements
- Able to perform in a constant change environment
- University degree in Human Resources Management / Law / Management
- Customer focused with a 'CAN DO' attitude
- A strong sense of attention to detail with a focus on service delivery
- Proficiency in the use of MS Office: Excel, Word and Outlook
- Fluent English and Polis
