The PMO (Program Management Office) Analyst is a key position in assisting the IT Management (BIM and ITSS) in managing the portfolio of all EMEA IT projects through facilitating status reporting, monitoring project progress, resource allocation, budget and timeline adherence.
- Providing support and advice for managers and users of Project Assessment and Delivery Process (PDP) and PPM
- Becoming the expert in PDP and PPM tools
- Organizing and chairing regular meetings to review the Project Portfolio including Demand and Capacity balancing
- Promoting and improving the use of IP’s standard Project management and Portfolio management practices through facilitating training classes for PDP and PPM
- Evaluating and gaining understanding of the processes, enablers and metrics supported through PPM that align with and promote our project delivery processes
- Monitoring and improving Data Quality
- Continuously improving and monitoring of the processes and tools by
- Identifying and implementing more effective and efficient project management tools
- Establishing partnerships within the IT community to track requests for improvements to tools
- Ensuring minimum requirements for projects are met prior to state changes
- Monitoring IT project performance by setting up and reviewing KPI’s and development of regular reports
- Analyzing and testing new requests, assisting with pilot testing, training and rollout
- Creating project state change reports, evaluated by Senior Management if needed
- Providing support for the budgeting process by working with the BIM and ITSS managers to provide key input data
- Providing consultative support to end-users in order to maintain high data quality and maximize benefits from existing systems.

Bachelor’s Degree – preferably in the following areas: Information Systems, Business, Project Management, Logistics, Computer Science

Must have a general understanding of project delivery methodology

Must be comfortable and have experience in preparing and presenting synthetic data

Strong process and detail orientation

Knowledge of business process modeling tools preferred

Proficiency in English, additional language would be an asset
