We are currently seeking a highly motivated, energetic person with great attention to details and results oriented attitude for the role of:
The candidate will join the Portfolio Services Team and play an integral role in the management of transition of new Clients with global portfolios.
- Acting as point of contact for the transition projects between the Client, Regional Transition
- Manager and Delivery Teams
- Oversee and consult project plan with Regional Transition Managers
- Regular reporting on transition status including risks and suggest mitigation plan
- Deliver appropriate communications to project and delivery teams including participation inproject status meetings and Client calls/visits
- Apply CBRE Transition methodology, Data Standards and Best Practices
- Perform database discovery, data gap analysis and data validation at go live date
- Prepare process mapping and transition documentation including playbooks
- Preparing training sessions and handover documentation for delivery team
- Ensure proper reconciliation of transition costs
- Manage Portfolio Services GBS Transition Team defined for a Project and chair regular meetings with the team
- Build strong working relationships with the various GBS teams, Managers and wider stakeholders while working on project and other activities
- Other tasks assigned by direct supervisor
- Additional Responsibilities include:
- Participate in new business development activities and support sales team in designing solutions for new Clients
- Identify, recommend and implement where applicable process improvements
- Fluent English (C1) in speaking and writing is a must
- Fluent German will be a strong advantage
- Experience in lease administration/transitions/database management is required
- Ability to work under pressure and in a highly changeable working environment
- Project management and experience in real estate transitions will be an advantage
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word, Visio)
- Highly developed analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
