About this opportunity
Welcome to the Cash Management Operations team. We add value by delivering great experience to our customers by operating the manual processes related to Cash Management with high quality and efficiency. As the Process Officer/Process Specialist, you’ll play a valuable role in operating and enabling Nordea’s customers to use our services with main focus on cross border payments.
What you’ll be doing:
- Take responsibility for daily processes in area of Cash Management in International Payments team
- Show proactive approach, implement improvement to the processes and have full understanding of the process and awareness of process dependencies
- Proactively foresee threats, recognize root causes, solve problems and set up solutions in order to reduce operational risks in daily work
- Cooperate with stakeholders and retained teams situated in Sweden
- Possess, exchange and expand knowledge to increase the level of process performance and be a trainer for others
You’ll join an experienced team which focuses its attention on creating great customer experiences by fulfilling all our customer's needs in a timely manner, as well as with great satisfaction. The role is based in Lodz.

Your experience and background:
- English spoken and written on a professional level is a must
- Experience in banking/bank office/BPO of minimum 2 years
- Analytical mind
- SWIFT knowledge is an asset
