Project Management Officer/Analyst

Responsibilites
Reporting:
- SLAs tracking and weekly SLA preparation on project and deal level measurables.
- Assisting Project and Program managers in preparation of status reports and presentations.
- Hiring pipeline tracking and regular reporting.
- Time tracking (timesheets).
- Ad hoc reports development.
Hiring:
- New joiners’ accommodation - stakeholders notification, placing, raising all appropriate start requests, providing guidance on immediate new joiner's questions.
Logistics:
- Onsite travels and relocation planning & coordination.
- Organization of trainings, courses, customer visits, team buildings
- Routine PPM tasks Vacation/Day Offs/Absence requests coordination.
- Solving ad-hoc administrative tasks.
- Meetings scheduling.
- Management meetings organization, conducting meeting minutes.
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in administrative executive / personal assistant role.
- Fluent English.
- Ability to work in a global team with both global and regional responsibilities.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to learn quickly.
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Visio.
