- Responsibility for listening, transcribing, reviewing and evaluating Call Center's calls and emails according specific policies and procedures
- Verifying the content of messages and agent-customer interactions in accordance with defined policies and procedures
- Ensuring consistency parameter and interpretation of monitoring calls
- Analyzing quality results and prepares reports to Manager
- Recommendation solutions and improvements based on quality monitoring results
- Providing feedbacks, identifying areas of improvement
