On behalf of our client, one of the leading investment management companies, we are looking to recruit a Reconciliation Supervisor who would join the team of financial professionals in Wroclaw.

As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for the team’s effective completion of the process, supervising the quality of their work whilst ensuring all company’s standard procedures and controls are complied with. Moreover, you will be in charge of ensuring reconciliation between accounting and custody are being performed timely and accurately. Key elements of the role will also include: mentoring and coaching your team members and making sure that Key Performance Indicators are achieved.

To be considered for this role, you should have 4-5 years of professional experience including 2-3 years in Financial Services or Accounting and strong leadership and interpersonal skills. We are looking for someone who has focused attitude to work and who has strong analytical and teamwork skills. The required specialist will be expected to have excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
