For our client – prestigious, international company – we are currently looking for candidate that is willing to develop as Recruiter and Employer Branding Specialist.
As a Recruiter and Employer Branding Specialist you will be responsible for:

- Run end-to-end recruiting operations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and internal stakeholders
- Monitor the local/regional recruiting market and identify/report back on findings and trends
- Help to design a strategy and drive employer branding efforts
- Build relationship and collaborate with educational institutions, work with the team and Recruiting Ambassadors to manage all Campus Recruiting related activities
Requirements:
- University degree
- Fluent spoken and written English skills
- Min. 2-3 years relevant experience
- Experience in international environment
- Solid track record in employer branding activities and candidate relationship management
- Excellent communication skills
- Optimistic and value-driven mindset
