Your future employer
Is a company working within medical industry and developing its Shared Service Centre in Wrocław.
On this position you would be responsible for
Managing the entire recruitment process for all searches within Poland. You would be working closely with HR Manager and hiring managers to develop recruiting plans, creating job adverts and maintaining company social media profiles, identifying difficult job vacancies and investigating the best recruitment approach for them, monitoring trends on the job market etc.
To be successful you need to have
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field, 3 or more years of experience in recruiting and sourcing candidates, proficient knowledge of sourcing methodology, social media tools and professional interview techniques, fluent English, MS-Office knowledge. It would be good if you also had experience in coordinating processes of hiring foreigners and additional European language skills.
