For our Client, one of the leaders on real estate services market, we are looking for an ambitious, hard-working professional on the position of Deputy Regional Head of Control & Reporting.

This person is going to work directly under Central Europe Director, managing finance tasks on both local and regional level.

Opis stanowiska

Ensure timely preparation of all required financial reports in order to meet all local requirements
Support financial & IT systems and tools implementations
Manage budgeting and forecasting processes; short-term and long-term planning
Deliver business support to the management and regional sales team by reviewing financial transactions, business controlling and supporting key business initiatives
Develop standards and establish priorities concerning finance in the regional countries; improve processes and procedures to maximize the efficiency throughout the region, be accountable for performance management
Manage all finance related tasks during quarterly closing, forecasting and budget reporting cycles

Kogo szukamy

Higher education in finance / University degree in finance economics
At least 4 years of experience in financial controlling in international companies (experience on regional role would be an asset)
Ability to work across various cultures and ability to travel across the region
Hands-on approach and result driven
Strong analytical and critical reasoning skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English & Polish
