Opis stanowiska:
Kompleksowa realizacja projektów (od zawarcia umowy, przyjęcia zamówienie, poprzez rekrutacje, zatrudnianie i obsługę pracowników)
Aktywne pozyskiwanie kandydatów przy wykorzystaniu różnorodnych kanałów i metod (social media, direct search itp.)
Wstępna selekcja napływających aplikacji i prowadzenie rozmów z kandydatami
Utrzymywanie dobrych relacji z kandydatami i pracownikami, tworzenie sieci kontaktów w regionie
Ścisła współpraca z naszym oddziałem na Ukrainie i centralą w Berlinie
Udział w dodatkowych projektach (np. targi pracy)
Wymagania:
Posiadasz doświadczenie na stanowisku rekrutera lub specjalisty ds. HR
Rekrutowanie pracowników ze Wschodu nie jest dla Ciebie nowością
Znasz bardzo dobrze MS Office a obsługa programów w obcym języku nie jest dla Ciebie problemem
Jesteś osobą bardzo dobrze zorganizowaną i samodzielną w działaniu
Rozmawiasz swobodnie w j. polskim i ukraińskim
Posiadasz czynne prawo jazdy kat. B
