Our Client is an international company leader within the pharmaceutical Industry. In order to strengthen their finance team, the decision has been made to create the position of Reporting Manager. On this business partnering position you will play a key role in decision making and be responsible for the management and development of a team of reporting specialists

Opis stanowiska

Manage and develop the financial reporting team
Supervise monthly, quarterly and annual closing processes according to IFRS
Ensure that financial information is provided in time and with the highest quality in line with Group standards
Cooperate with internal clients of the organization in order to improve processes and ensure their proper implementation
Develop strong relationship and closely cooperate with the controlling department, especially on cost control issues
Be responsible for the control of discounts and other promotional activities
Represent the finance department while participating in various types of projects

Kogo szukamy

Relevant degree in Finance or Accounting with additional professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CIMA)
5 to 7 years experience in finance in an International organization, including a minimum of 2 years in a team management position
Solid, practical knowledge of IAS/IFRS
Excellent organization skills and ability to work with tight deadlines
Outstanding communication skills; highly developed interpersonal and managerial skills
Highly developed analytical skills
Very good knowledge of ERP systems (SAP) and Excel
Fluent English and Polish
