Job Description
- Visiting local branches of the bank in order to gain required knowledge
- Learning how the local team resolves issued queries
- Making transcriptions from each case
- Acting as a support for Romanian speaking Clients and providing them with information
- Preparing reports based on gathered knowledge
- Giving trainings for the team in Poland
- Providing the team with sufficient expertise
- Being an expert in resolving queries coming from foreign countries
- Cooperating with international branches of the bank
- Fluent knowledge of English and Romanian
- Higher education or undergraduate
- Very good MS Office
- Analytical skills and accuracy
- Ability to travel (visiting different countries)
- Highlevel of communicativeness
- Team player spirit
- Availability to take up full time employment
