Sales Accounting Assistant Manager

Requirements:
- University degree
- Fluent English language written and spoken
- Very good working experience or very solid understanding of sales accounting/ accounts receivables / processes
- Very strong supervisory and interpersonal skills; demonstrated leadership skills and a team player
- Experienced with Shared Services or Outsourcing Centre environment, people and change management as well as working in a multicultural, international environment, understanding of relevant regional accounting practices and the regulatory environment
- Good knowledge of accounting and finance
- Knowledge of direct distribution accounting processes is valuable experienced in PC-based accounting systems, both use and implementation
- Ability to communicate in a professional way with financial institutions and local staff
Responsibilities:
- Leads and manages Sales Accounting team of maximum 10 accountants
- Responsible for company compliance to corporate finance policies and standard reports relevant to the process
- Ensures execution of tasks in scope of Sales Accounting function in a timely, accurate and high quality manner, including but not limited to daily sales reconciliations and monthly sales accounts reconciliations
- Ensures proper monitoring, reporting and follow-up on A/R related issues
- Designs and maintains adequate control standards
- Drives standardization and continuous improvement project within the assigned countries with cooperation with improvement team
- Responsible for leadership and adequate communication of sales accounting and A/R related projects
- Liaises closely with Member Service organizations on sales related issues
- Monitors that SLA’s fulfill mutual obligations and follows-up on any outstanding issues
- Timely and properly escalates all issues related to Sales Accounting to the internal customers
- Provides visible leadership to the team ensuring that required levels of performance are achieved
