Sales Representative (m/w)

Opis stanowiska
- Customer care, customer acquisition and customer service in various areas depending on assignment
- Maintaining good relationship and contact with customers in order to increase sales revenue
- Regional implementation of national sales and marketing strategies with a focus in building up a professional distribution network in generating new retail partners and developing existing retail customers in the sales region (sell in and sell out)
- Development and execution of customer training
- Regional market observation, market forecasts and initiation of necessary improvement measures
- Participate in sales meetings, presentations and training
- Monitoring and implementation of own revenue and contribution of margin targets
- Representing the brand at sales events such as trade shows, seminars etc
Wymagania
- Several years of professional experience in the distribution of branded products to the trade (DIY, specialized retail, chains, wholesale, hobby markets) as well as implementation of market-oriented marketing measures
- Qualified business training, apprenticeship or study; Bachelor in Business preferred but not essential
- Excellent sales man with strong negotiation skills and contract focused selling; customer-focused attitude and ability to build a relationship with customers/retailers
- Hands on mentality, convincing appearance and ability to work in a team
- Outstanding communicative, creative, strategic-conceptual and analytical skills
- Fluent written and spoken English and Polish
- Proficient in MS-Office-Tools, especially Excel
- High readiness to travel
