Our client is one of the leading private equity houses in Central Europe. Over several years the firm has made significant investments in Poland and other countries in the region. Due to continuing growth our client is seeking to recruit a Senior Analyst for its office in Warsaw.
The candidate is expected to:
- Cooperate on a daily basis with our client's partners on new projects, and monitor existing investments
- Take part in all aspects and stages of the investment process
- Analyze financial and business data of potential targets
- Take part in negotiating the terms and conditions of new investments
- Manage external advisers, supporting the due diligence process
- Monitor existing investments from a supervisory board position
The candidate should:
- Be educated to a university degree level
- Have 2-4 years of professional experience gained in financial audit / finance / corporate finance (preferably in more than one position)
- Show strong analytical skills and financial literacy
- Be a self-starter with a strong business approach, able to quickly understand new companies and new industries
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills, have drive and a desire to succeed, and be good team-player
- Be fluent in Polish and English (both spoken and written)
