Job description:
The candidate is expected to: - Cooperate on a daily basis with our client's partners on new projects, and monitor existing investments - Take part in all aspects and stages of the investment process - Analyze financial and business data of potential targets - Take part in negotiating the terms and conditions of new investments - Manage external advisers, supporting the due diligence process - Monitor existing investments from a supervisory board position
Who we are looking for:
The candidate should: - Be educated to a university degree level - Have 2-4 years of professional experience gained in financial audit / finance / corporate finance (preferably in more than one position) - Show strong analytical skills and financial literacy - Be a self-starter with a strong business approach, able to quickly understand new companies and new industries - Demonstrate excellent communication skills, have drive and a desire to succeed, and be good team-player - Be fluent in Polish and English (both spoken and written)
