Senior Business Analyst

Main Responsibilities:
- Handle customer contact to conduct requirements elicitation
- Perform prototyping, which is designed to meet user needs and goals
- Responsible for the description of the As-Is process and the To-Be process
- Ensure that requirements and/or designed solution are correctly understood
- Support prioritization of scope based on end user needs and business value
- Continuously work to improve existing ways of working
- Understand complex issues and identify opportunities and risks
- Recommend alternative solutions and identify deficiencies when necessary
- Support business case development by securing user focus in business value creation
- Contribute to build and strengthen long-term relationships with stakeholders
- Contribute with expertise in business critical and strategic projects
- Overall impact understanding of the proposed solution (business and applications)
- Perform end user studies and end user evaluation to secure that important user needs are met with the prototype or working solution
- Facilitate workshops locally or globally
- Coach “Junior” Business Analysis Professionals
An Ideal Candidate will have:
- 4+ years of experience as a IT Business Analyst
- Excellent English skills
- Very good negotiation and networking skills
- Experience in providing workshops and presentations
- Experience working in multi-cultural environement
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
