As a Business Analyst you will be engaged in the organizational transformation program with finding solutions for implementation of the new service oriented IT operating model instead of customer oriented (program Run IT as a Business). You will work in the global environment in the roles of requirements engineer, analysis & design and will be also contributing to quality assurance of the implemented solutions.
Mandatory skills:
- 5+years of experience as Business Analyst, preferably in financial industry
- Independent, systematic and structured approach and way of working
- Professional documentation skills: generating of detailed requirement specifications/product documentations (e.g. UML/ use case modeling, ..)
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Proactive acting and dedicated commitment as well as excellent organizational skills and keen perception
- Readiness of mind and distinct willingness to learn
- High awareness of quality and deadlines
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Leadership and sovereignty even in hectic situation
- Ability to work in Zurich, Switzerland
- A very good command of English
Optional skills (to have the following skills is an advantage):
- Qualifications in Information Management
- Understanding of the Financial Management with the service/product based costing, prizing and billing approach, preferably in an IT organization
- Experience with definition of Services, SLA, Service Catalog and metrics

Long term contract for project in Zurich from 6 months up to 2-3 years
Business Architecture Centre of Excellence (GT COO CoE BA) within Group Technology (GT) COO is accountable and responsible for definition and implementation of the GT Capability, Service and Information architecture as well as Functional architecture and cost flow in line with the new GT operating model.
Methodology: Rational Unified Process (RUP) by IBM and Agile/ Scrum. We document requirements with UML-Models in Enterprise Architect and Word Specifications.
TCO Management is the project within the Run IT as a Business (RITAAB) program, which is the key enabler of the of the new service oriented GT Target Operating Model.
Project: The main objective of this project is to define and globally harmonize GT costing and charging model. Define and implement new TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) Management Framework including processes and tools.
