Senior Business Analyst

Responsibilites
Maintain communication between business stakeholders and the development teams
- Building good client relationship
- Providing business knowledge/context to the development and QA teams by assisting,
consulting, training etc.
- Requirements management (gathering, tracking, validation, documenting, UAT testing);
- Business domain modelling
Requirements
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Work experience in Finance domain: 5 years
- Business domain knowledge (strongly desired knowledge at least in one of the mentioned domains):
- IFRS and GAAP reporting
- Capital reporting
- Investment Bank products
- Wealth Management Products
- Understanding of the requirement management process
- General IT knowledge
- Understanding of test lifecycle in software project
- PL/SQL, UML or similar modelling languages/technics
- Project management skills in a Client's environment
- Experience with IBM Cognos software will be a big plus

We offer
The team is responsible for managing the requirements coming from reporting users in corporate center, management and external reporting clients, as well as accounting changes coming from external standard setters. The main goal is representing these requirements to the IT developers and confirming the changes before the user acceptance testing. In addition, the team investigates and manages production inquiries regarding functionality of systems and trains the user community on the automated processes and systems supported.
