Senior Internal Auditor

For our Client, a global financial institution, we are looking for an independent Internal Auditor, who will add value and improve the organization's operations.   

You will be responsible for:

• Planning and executing operational and financial audits within the organization (as well as documenting controls, reviewing working papers, finalizing management comments)
• Deliver engagement audit reports in English. Subsequently follow up with Management to verify status of audit actions
• Cooperating with external auditors and regulators
• Applying advanced analytical skills to identify potential business and technology solutions
• Participating in system testing, and developing end-user training of implemented functionalities
• Provide ongoing production support and triage for product data outages or issues with product data

We are looking for:

• Relevant University degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance
• Professional qualification (ACCA, CIA, CPA, CISA, CA, CFIRS/CTA)
• At least 3 years of experience in an international financial instituion or consulting organization
• Experience in the asset management and banking industries is a plus
• Excellent knowledge of accounting and auditing standards
• Flexibility, analytical skills, openness, pro-activity and independence
• High degree of professionalism in communication
• Fluent English is a must
• Willing to travel (average travel 20%)
