For our Client - internationally recognized company from airline industry, that establishes a new Procurement Operations Centre of Excellence in Cracow, we are currently looking for experienced candidates on the position of Senior Procurement Specialist.

Senior Procurement Specialist will implement the Strategic Sourcing Cycle with the use of e-procurement tools and support the integration and harmonization of e-procurement strategies across the group. Working on that position you will be responsible for managing multiple e-procurement processes and technologies to support the strategic sourcing cycle, recommendation and implementation of new streamlined techniques and processes to improve productivity and efficiency. You will be involve in resolving broad and complex e-procurement processes and systems, servicing an expert in providing guidance to procurement colleagues on the use of e-procurement systems, implementation of simple and clear metrics for governance and success measurement, and performance manage of achievement. At last but not least SPS will incorporate and embed the use of E-Procurement technology into all appropriate supply chain activities, lead on E-Procurement projects to drive continuous improvement for the group as delegated by the E-Procurement Leads and teach e-procurement processes to as required.

A successful Candidate should be fluent in English (Spanish is a plus but not the must) and have at least 2 years of experience with procurement from an international environment. We are looking for service minded Candidates with very good communication (written and oral) and cooperation skills, able to maintain and develop relationship within whole Group with suppliers, buyers and internal and external Clients. The right Candidate must also have good decision making, analytical and problem solving skills. Due to start up circumstances the Candidate will be a very important role model and is expected to participate actively in building the new team and culture.
