Senior Program/Project Manager

Responsibilites
- Driving and/or support for Project/Program management tasks incl. tracking and reporting key delivery milestones, and risk management.
- Effective liaison with Sponsors, Stakeholders and other Parties to ensure transparency on project deliverables.
- Identifing and overcoming challenges
- Managing and driving the creation of necessary operational processes.
Requirements
Crucial characteristics (must have):
- Senior IT Project Manager with 7-10 years of job experience on this position,
- Has managed IT Infrastructure & Application Projects already,
- Profficient in English, capable of facing Programme Management and Senior Stakeholders,
- Experience in managing long running Projects with high budgets,
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field
Important skills:
- Ability to get up to speed very quickly and be effective.
- Highly organised and able to track multiple priorities
- Proactivity, excellent communication skills,
- Able to work autonomously without a lot of supervision
- Able to take an unstructured task and organise the work to complete a structured deliverable to high level of quality.
- Able to follow-up and liaise with all levels of employees

- Leadership and team building capabilities, including conflict resolution, problem solving skills, and the ability to make sound decisions under stress.
Desirable not mandatory:
- Large international organizations experience
- Technical background in IT area
- Prior experience within Financial Services sector,
- Project Management related certificates.
