*Project Management Office tasks including creating and maintaining accurate programme/project plans, status reports and financial forecasts *Generation of standardised and adhoc reporting (status, delivery, progress) of stakeholder and governance reporting packs utilising tableau and golden sources *Adherence and generation of documentation and artefacts to ensure alignment to PMF/GSCM/GTT Governance *Tracking and management of actions from governance, stakeholder and working group meetings *Standardised communication, monitoring and control of ISIT portfolio activities *As required supporting other PMs with understanding the processes and requirements to meet governance and operational standards as part of our programme management and financial frameworks *Provide independent audit assurance around the programmes within the portfolio to help ensure delivery *Management of a diverse set of program repositories to deliver a consumer specific view of programme information, delivery and financials across one or more portfolio, programmes or projects *Creation and maintenance of a database of PM resources, including skills, attributes, capacity, utilisation and availability *Creation and ownership of a repository of information to allow consumers (PMs etc.) to understand governance, standards and proves requirements along with ownership and key contact information *Preparation of audit materials as and when required
*A strong understanding of technology programs and projects, preferably within the Financial Services sector *A knowledge of IT Infrastructure, with previous experience delivering projects within a technology environment *Excellent communication and relationship management skills *Strong analytical, planning and process engineering skills *Financial management and planning experience and knowledge of financial terminology *Experience of handling, cataloguing and managing large data from disparate sources *Visio, MS Office, SharePoint *Strong presentation skills
We are seeking a Programme Office Manager to support and report to the Program Office Lead to help create the Programme Office and support with BAU oversight and operational delivery when in business as usual mode (BAU). The role includes;
*Drive and manage governance meetings aligning the meetings to the governance target operating model *Development and delivery of reports to stakeholders and other end user consumers to show financial adherence, delivery of outcomes, migration and adoption of technology as per agreed KPIs, compliance to governance frameworks and standards. *Documentation related to processes and standards
The role will be focused on the ISIT Portfolios which consist of transformational, risk and line of business initiatives.
