IWM SD&E EMEA & Regulatory manages IT teams for all businesses operating in EMEA in alignment with country priorities. We ensure consistent IT delivery across all locations and drive cross-divisional initiatives in addition to defining and driving the IWM SD&E regulatory agenda and managing regulatory IT programs across the division

We are looking for an experienced senior project manager to manage a critical regulatory project across the international locations in IWM SD&E EMEA & Regulatory. The person will be part of the Regulatory Programs & Portfolio Management team. The role is based in Wroclaw, Poland.

The IWM SD&E EMEA & Regulatory department is a very international department with teams across EMEA and India. The role is based in Wroclaw as part of the Regulatory Programs & Portfolio Management team, which is located in Wroclaw and Zürich. We are covering a broad range of capabilities including project management services, technical project management, PMO services, Business Management and financial specialists with a size of 14 people (10 Wroclaw/4 Zürich) at this time. Team members are quite diverse and come from different countries. Everyone works closely with each other and share knowledge across areas of expertise.

The selected candidate will be driving a regulatory project that is subject to high pressure from time and budget perspective. Very often, the PM will have to find solutions and drive them with minimum supervision.

Short deadlines and many responsibilities can be quite challenging. If a person is able to work under pressure, it is a great environment for development, networking and learning. The candidate has to be flexible when it comes to working time as it may happen that it will be needed to stay overtime sometimes. However, the person should see it as an opportunity to work in diverse and international group of people.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the regulatory program, scope, implementation approach, risks, issues and dependencies and/or deliver projects usually grouped under a multiyear program
  • Leading project tracking and management with strong emphasis on financial plans and cost tracking
  • Communication with the different teams and stakeholders within Credit Suisse including higher management
  • Resolving all issues within short time span
  • Ensuring that common standards, processes and tools are adopted across own deliverables
  • Ensuring the creation of adequate documentation
  • Successfully leading different groups of people and executing action item resolution
  • Organizing and leading meetings, stakeholder communication, creating in MS Excel MS PowerPoint presentations
  • Senior stakeholder and business client management and the chance to build up excellent relationships with your key business partners
  • Maintenance of all required project management tools
Skills
  1. Successful track record of working as project manager in a regulatory environment with a minimum of 5 years' experience. In-depth understanding of project, risk, financial management & reporting.
  2. Experience in an equivalent corporate or financial institution would be a benefit
  3. Ability to interact with executives and key stakeholders across a complex international environment
  4. Acting as a client centric leader with strong relationship management, influence and persuasion skills
  5. Excellent analysis, problem solving and time management skills with the ability to handle crises and stressful situations
  6. Experience in gathering detailed information and consolidating/summarizing for status reporting on senior management level.
  7. Positive and problem solving attitude and issue resolution resilience.
  8. Exceptional communication and consultative skills (oral, written and presentation in English language)
