For our client, an international software development company opening its new centre in Kraków, we are currently looking for an experienced IT Recruiter.

Recruiter’s job will consist of intensive cooperation with internal as well as external customers, communication with candidates keen on various modern technologies and software tools. Working on this position you will be involved in direct search and headhunting. You will also participate in pre-sales projects: preparation of market profiles, analytic, expert opinions and forecasts.

To be successful on this position you need to have experience in IT recruiting and knowledge of a full recruiting life-cycle and processes as well as employer branding. You should also have strong interviewing skills, presentation skills, excellent communication and persuasion skills. Good knowledge of English (min. B2) is required.
