We are looking for experienced Finance and Accounting / or Sourcing and Procurement Solution Design Consultants who will support development of our services through participation in designing and presenting business solutions for potential or existing clients.
This is an exciting opportunity to gain new knowledge through active cooperation with F&A /or S&P Managers and participation in business process transformation projects for the existing or potential clients.

Take part in designing Finance and Accounting / or Sourcing and Procurement solutions for potential clients (delivery and governance models, process design including responsibility split between BPO delivery centre and client’s retained organization, process design, SLA metrics design, technology enablers, process improvements opportunities, transformation roadmaps, transition plans, risk mitigation plans, pricing assumptions, etc.)

Participate in meetings with potential clients (solution presentations)

Assess processes at customer locations (discovery, due diligence, workshops)

Participation in finance and accounting transformation programs and client’s process maturity diagnostics

Minimum 4 years of experience in Finance and Accounting / or Sourcing and Procurement area on managerial position

2 years of experience in solution design in BPO environment will be an asset

Fluent English (C2 level)
