On behalf of our Client, a Shared Service Centre dedicated to an international company, we are looking for Candidates for the position of Senior Talent Acquisition with French. The successful Candidate will join our Client’s office based in Łódź.
Main duties will include managing end-to-end recruitment process, updating candidates base, cooperating with recruitment agencies and providing constant improvement in the field of recruitment. The Person will also manage relationship with customers as well as work with survey data. The role will be responsible for recruiting candidates for various positions all over the world.
We are looking for Candidates with significant experience in recruitment, especially in an international environment and with a diploma in Human Resources or equivalent. Good French, English and Polish skills, both written and spoken, are a must. Experience with a recruitment computer system is highly desired. If on top of all of this you are also communicative, well-organised and multitask, do not hesitate to send us your CV in English.
