- Order processing in SAP
- Verification of completness of data
- Contacing German speaking Client in order to complement missing information
- Updating data in the system
- Creating a license for the product
- Creating an invoice
- Cooperation with Sales Department in processing their orders
- Being a support for the department in ad hoc issues
- Fluent knowledge of German and English
- Higher education
- Experience involving attention to detail and customer service
- Computer skills (knowledge of SAP is an asset)
- Strong analytical skills
