Specjalista ds. Obsługi Klienta

Miejsce pracy: Chorzów

 

Opis stanowiska

  • Przygotowanie ofert handlowych,
  • Dobór i sprzedaż instalacji według oczekiwań klientów,
  • Obsługa pozyskanych zamówień,
  • Budowanie i utrzymywanie dobrych relacji z partnerami handlowymi,
  • Inicjowanie kontaktów handlowych z potencjalnymi Klientami (budowa własnej grupy klientów),
  • Raportowanie wyników.

Wymagania

  • Wysoka orientacja na cele,
  • Łatwość w nawiązywaniu kontaktów i budowanie dobrych i długotrwałych relacji interpersonalnych, 
  • Umiejętności aktywnego słuchania oraz swoboda w podtrzymywaniu konwersacji, 
  • Posługiwanie się w stopniu dobrym pakietem MS Office, a w szczególności Excelem,
  • Doświadczenie w sprzedaży bezpośredniej/telefonicznej będzie dodatkowym atutem.
