Zadania:
obsługa klientów oraz utrzymywanie z nimi dobrych relacji,
prowadzenie procesów rekrutacyjnych,
współpraca z instytucjami rynku pracy,
obsługa kadrowo-płacowa pracowników (wystawianie umów, zaświadczeń, naliczanie wynagrodzeń, prowadzenie akt osobowych),
prace administracyjne.
Wymagania:
wykształcenie min. średnie (preferowane wyższe z obszaru zarządzania, psychologii, administracji),
mile widziane doświadczenie na podobnym stanowisku,
zainteresowanie tematyką rekrutacji i kadr,
otwartość, komunikatywność i wysoka kultura osobista,
elastyczność w działaniu,
dobra obsługa komputera,
prawa jazdy kat B.
