Do zadań pracownika będzie należeć:
  • realizacja procesu rekrutacji i selekcji pracowników,
  • realizacja zagadnień związanych ze szkoleniami,
  • organizowanie staży oraz praktyk zawodowych,
  • realizację procedur i narzędzi z zakresu zarządzania zasobami ludzkimi.
Od kandydatów oczekujemy:
  • wykształcenia minimum średniego, preferowane wyższe,
  • minimum dwuletniego doświadczenia zawodowego na stanowisku związanym z rekrutacją i zarządzaniem szkoleniami,
  • wiedzy z zakresu zarządzania zasobami ludzkimi,
  • dobrej znajomości obsługi pakietu MS Office (Word, Excel),
  • umiejętności organizacyjnych,
  • samodzielności,
  • orientacji na potrzeby klienta biznesowego,
  • wysokiej komunikatywności,
  • wysoko rozwiniętych zdolności interpersonalnych,
  • umiejętności rozwiązywania problemów,
  • kreatywności, inicjatywy w działaniu.
