Opis stanowiska
rekrutacja i selekcja opiekunek/ów osób starszych,
weryfikacja znajomości języka niemieckiego,
pozyskiwanie kandydatów zgodnych z poszukiwanym profilem,
redagowanie i publikacja ogłoszeń w mediach,
obsługa bieżących klientów zgodnie ze standardami firmy,
wyjazdy w delegacje do Niemiec.
Wymagania
dobra znajomość języka niemieckiego w mowie i piśmie,
praktyczna znajomość pakietu MS Office,
dobra organizacja pracy,
odporność na stres oraz umiejętność pracy pod presją czasu,
komunikatywność, umiejętność pracy w zespole,
doświadczenie na podobnym stanowisku (mile widziane),
prawo jazdy kat. B (mile widziane),
gotowość do odbywania podróży służbowych do Niemiec.
