Cel Stanowiska:

Zapewnienie efektywnej realizacji procesów rekrutacyjnych oraz budowanie pozytywnego wizerunku firmy poprzez profesjonalną komunikację z kandydatami.

Twój zakres obowiązków

Realizacja indywidualnych i zespołowych celów sprzedażowych oraz jakościowych.
Prowadzenie rozmów telefonicznych i obsługa napływających aplikacji od kandydatów.
Obsługa wewnętrznych systemów do obsługi procesów rekrutacyjnych.
Prowadzenie rozmów telefonicznych z kandydatami zainteresowanymi pracą za granicą.
Dobieranie i przedstawianie ofert pracy adekwatnych do oczekiwań i kompetencji kandydatów.
Dbanie o stały kontakt telefoniczny z zainteresowanymi kandydatami.
Ścisła współpraca z pracownikami innych działów firmy.
Reprezentowanie i dbanie o dobry wizerunek firmy.

Nasze wymagania

Znajomość i umiejętność wykorzystania technik sprzedaży.
Zorientowanie na cel.
Wcześniejsze doświadczenie w Call/ Contact Center oraz w obszarze Rekrutacji Pracowników Blue Collars
Wysoko rozwinięte umiejętności komunikacyjne i interpersonalne.
Umiejętność budowania relacji z kandydatami.
Mile widziana komunikatywna znajomość języka angielskiego.
