Zadania:
• realizacja zleconych projektów rekrutacyjnych • rekrutacja i selekcja kandydatów • budowanie oraz zarządzanie bazą kandydatów dopasowaną do potencjału klienta • budowanie trwałych relacji z klientem oraz rozwijanie współpracy poprzez poszukiwanie nowych możliwości świadczenia usług przez Adecco • praca nad doskonaleniem bieżących metod rekrutacyjnych • udział w planowaniu działań rekrutacyjnych
Wymagania:
• wykształcenie wyższe • doświadczenie na podobnym stanowisku • wiedza z zakresu rekrutacji i selekcji • dobrą znajomość języka angielskiego • obsługa Pakietu MS Office • motywację do pracy • nastawienie na wytrwałą realizację założonych celów • samodzielność i odpowiedzialność za powierzone zadania • masz wysoko rozwinięte zdolności interpersonalne • posiadasz czynne prawo jazdy kat. B
